As per our T&Cs, please note workshop bookings are strictly non refundable for cancellations made within 24 hours. However, if you are unable to attend the workshop, we will do our best to accommodate changes to your booking with at least 7 days notice via email before your booked slot at

Though we ask you to please arrive on time, We understand life happens so we offer a 15 min grace period. In order to give our customers the best experience possible and ensure our workshops run smoothly we will not be able to accept attendees who are more than 15 mins late. If you do not show for your workshop, are more than 15 mins late or fail to request to cancel/reschedule via email/text/phone within 24 hrs of your scheduled workshop, NO REFUND WILL BE ISSUED.

For cancellations made at least 7 days in advance, simply use the prompts within your workshop confirmation email to either reschedule your workshop or go through with a full refund. For cancellations made less than 7 days, You can either reschedule your workshop from within your confirmation email, or contact the store for a 50% partial refund. please note workshop bookings are strictly non refundable for cancellations made within 24 hours.

Please request any date changes at least 7 days ahead of your booked workshop. If you're ill or cannot attend the workshop last minute please email so that we can let you know your options.

At this time, reservations are required due to a limited number of seats and social distancing measures. We recommend booking in advance as our classes can book up quickly!

Our candles are made with natural plant based waxes such as soy wax and beeswax as well as Paraben & Phthalate free fragrance oils. Our oils are FDA approved, cruelty free, and skin safe.

We advise you to choose prior to the session during the booking process, so that we can prepare your workshop station ahead of time.

We encourage everyone to take their candles home with them on the day but they will need to set for around 15~30 minutes after the class and can be picked up any time from our main store.

Class sizes and time vary depending on how many spots are booked. They can be as big as 6 people or as small as 1 person. The workshop lasts about 1.5 hours, about 90 minutes to 3 hours to make the candles depending on the class type.

For everyone’s safety, we recommend ages 7 and up for our workshops. If participant age is between 5~6, parents must fully assist in order to keep up with the class progress.

Our workshop space has the capacity to hold booked guests ONLY.

YES! We can't wait to meet you all. For private events, there is a 4 person minimum. We are able to accommodate up to 10 party if requested separately such as birthday party, company event, bridal shower and etc. For private event inquiries, email at, we’d be more than happy to arrange a private class with you.

Alcohol, food, and smoking are prohibited during the class. However, please feel free to bring in some light snacks & drinks to enjoy. Just be mindful there is only so much room at your workstation.

This is for private party class ONLY. You will choose your label name, with up to 16 characters to play with, and then we will print your custom label and send it along with your kit.

In the event of severe weather conditions we will reschedule all sessions for the day. We will send you a notification via email with details on how to reschedule. No refunds will be given in these cases, guests must reschedule to a time that works for them.

Yes! We have parking available right in front of the studio at the parking lot, or street parking is also available free of charge.
